This Morning I looked up on our MLS system different districts throughout Victoria for Current residential single family Listings and Pending Sales...Surpising to see the Amount of Activity in Pending Sales...Wow.

Here are 14 real estate areas of Victoria that I searched

• Oak Bay there are Currently 69 Homes For Sale and 54 Pending Sales.That's better than 78% of the Listings in Oak Bay are Selling

• James Bay there are currently only 7 Homes For Sale in James Bay & 7 pending Sales..100% of the Listing are Selling
• Fairfield there are currently 22 Homes For Sale in Fairfield with 21 Pending Sales...Wow What Slow Market, popular area to live:.
  
• Gordon Head  there are currently 40 homes For Sale in Gordon Head with  34 Pending Sales. Wow 98% of the Listing are selling
• Maplewood there are currently  14 homes For Sale in Maplewood with  10 Pending Sales...Wow another popular area to Live
• Broadmead there are currently 10 homes For Sale in Broadmead with  9 Pending Sales with an average selling Price of $ 778,333, up from April
• Cordova Bay there are currently 43 homes For Sale with 11 Pending Sales..Popular area of Victoria with still some great choices
